Ordering Online


Logging In

To order online, ICLE requires the use of a username and password. This ensures that an account is created for you. The system uses the account information to ensure your purchase prices reflect any discounts to which you are entitled. It also allows you to see the titles of books you own, titles of seminars you have attended or have registered to attend, and your CLE credits.

Please note: If your assistant will be ordering products or registering you for seminars, please have the assistant use your username and password to ensure that your name appears on the order and to take advantage of your Partnership discounts on ICLE products.

Have a username and password already?

If you already have an ICLE username and password (for access to ICLE‘s Partnership, Michigan Law Online, Online books, etc.) first log in on the ICLE homepage. Note: you may enter the Store section of our Web site without logging in first, but the system will require you to log in if you try to order a product or register for a seminar.

Forgot your username or password?

You should have an ICLE user name and password if you are an ICLE Partner, have access to Michigan Law Online, or subscribe to an online ICLE book.

If your user name or password has been lost or forgotten, or you don't know what your assigned username or password is, you can quickly reset it using the following instructions.

  1. Go to the ICLE Homepage. In the left column, under the login boxes, click on "Forgot your username or password?"
  2. At the next screen, a message alerts that if you proceed, your password will be reset. Click "yes."
  3. At the next screen, enter your e-mail address and click Submit. Note: Your e-mail address must match the address we have on file for you and must not be shared by anyone else with subscriptions to ICLE products. If it does not match or if it is a shared address, you will receive an error message informing you that your e-mail address does not match our records. If you receive this error message, contact ICLE at 1-877-229-4350 for assistance.
  4. Your username and new password will be sent to you momentarily. Use the user name and password provided in the e-mail to log in from the ICLE Homepage..
  5. To change your password, click on the "My Account" tab beneath the ICLE name at the top of the page.

Ordering Books & Disk Products

1. Product Page

Click on Buy Now!

Note: If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted for your username and password before proceeding to the registration area.

At the next screen select a format for the product (print, online book, etc.) and click "Add to Cart." If you are buying an online book, the next screen is a Subscriber Agreement. Please review and click "I Agree" to continue with the purchase.

2. Shopping Cart

Review items in your cart. If you are an ICLE Partner, note that your Partner discount will appear here. To remove an item, click in the checkbox next to the item and click "Remove." To add more items to your cart, click on "Continue Shopping." Click "Complete Transaction" to continue.

3. Checkout

Step 1: Review contact and shipping information.

Step 2: Review your purchase. If you have a promotional code from a coupon or other ICLE special offer, enter it in the "Promo or Coupon Code" box.

Step 3: Enter your payment information. Fill in your Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit card number (do not put spaces or hyphens between the numbers) and select the month and year of the credit card's expiration date from the drop-down box. Click "Complete Transaction."

4. Transaction Complete and Order Conformation

At the next screen, click on the link to view and print your order confirmation.


Registering for Live or On-Demand Seminars

1. Seminar Information Page

Click on Buy Now!

Note: If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted for your username and password before proceeding to the registration area.

At the next screen select the appropriate registration fee and click "Add to Cart."

2. Register

If you are registering yourself for a seminar, choose Register Yourself and choose the date and location or Webcast from the drop-down box.

If you are registering someone else from your firm, select the person‘s name from the drop-down list and choose the date and location or Webcast from the drop-down box. To register more than one person from your firm, click Add More Registrants and choose the date and location or Webcast for each registrant.

Click "Add to Cart" to continue.

3. Shopping Cart

Review items in your cart. To remove an item, click in the checkbox next to the item and click "Remove." To add more items to your cart, click on "Continue Shopping." Click "Complete Transaction" to continue.

4. Checkout

Order Confirmations

When you order a product, ICLE will e-mail a confirmation to you within one business day. If you order online, you can also print a receipt from your computer. If you do not have an e-mail address with ICLE, we will fax a confirmation to you within 3 business days.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Handling is $9.00 per order. Additional shipping charges may apply to large orders.

You should receive your order within 5-7 business days of placing your order (it may be longer if your order is placed on a Friday or over a holiday). We ship UPS. It is important to provide your street address when ordering because UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. Rush orders are available for an additional charge by calling ICLE (877) 229-4350.
